• Building Services Engineer based in main office and Workshop.• Checking the quality and quantity of Mechanical equipment, like water, sewer, gas and exhaust piping, water tanks and etc. in a $20M value residential complex project.• Checking Electrical equipment quality and quantity, like electrical piping, power and data wiring and cabling, board and etc.• Reviewing the plans to buy necessary equipment and materials and estimating required time, work forces and technicians.• Comparing prices from various vendors and buying by best price and quality.• Preparing required data for calculating the best price suggestion for participating in tenders.• Attending site and assessing the quality of the tasks carried out by the contractor(s) and certifying the satisfactory completion of Mechanical and Electrical equipment jobs. • Attending in site and office meetings with other stakeholders to discuss technical issues and discuss the possible solutions.• Monitor and assess the performance of the contractor(s) using project control documents and providing progress report to the head office• Reviewing as built plans and writing technical orders and permits for contractors

• Providing after sales services for CNG compressors and investigating the issues. From time to time I was supervising the repair of different parts of a CNG compressor such as compressor, dryer and dispenser • Installment and set up of CNG compressors.• Receiving and assessing daily reports from various gas stations in order to identify any operation issues and liaising with our customer about addressing those issues. • Participating in technical meetings to find appropriate solutions for common problems.• Instructing stations’ operators for using and maintaining the compressor
