Worked directly with EDI co-founder, Patrick Oot on several research projects pertaining to eDiscovery, data privacy and information governance. Helped with the preparation and filming of EDI's distance learning program, including conducting interviews with attorneys and IT consultants from organizations across the country such as Goldman Sachs, Oracle, IBM, and DuPont, who specialize in eDiscovery. Assisted the EDI team with the preparation and setup of the 2014 EDI Summit in Fort Lauderdale, FL, where speakers from Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft, Google, and UBS discussed and debated pressing issues in the world of eDiscovery, cyber security and information governance. Provided research assistance directly to Patrick Oot for an article to be published on informationweek.com, regarding the necessity of e-mail archiving, and the importance of information governance in the wake of the 2013 IRS controversy.

Gathered and organized background information on residential and commercial real estate transactions, including clients’ title purchase history and any outstanding liens. Performed detailed property searches, and helped submit Land Titles documents for registration through Teraview®, a proprietary software designed to provide access to the Government of Ontario’s land records database.

Coordinated and regulated weekly, individual, and group tutoring sessions to assist first year law students (1L) with exam preparation, including issue spotting, fact analysis and stylistic writing approaches. Set up individualized, mock exam sessions, prior to the school's examination period to explain to students how different professors prefer different writing approaches. Arranged on-demand, counseling sessions for students who were struggling with aspects of law school, separate from their academics.
