After improving the majority of writing across the super app, I worked with the design team to design a good user experience for Squad.Squad was a big B2C startup and it had a lot of UX challenges, and I am really thankful for having to work through these challenges. I learned a lot by solving them and the problems of users.My work here started with researching the best platform we can use to test our prototypes on our users. By doing the latter and finding a good platform, then I started the prototyping process and tested some scenarios and flows, on some participants.I have established user research and a persona for the product we were designing. Conducting the research and building a research study plan helped a lot in this route.
