With over five years of experience in IT services and security, I am a Senior Information Security Manager at Xyfon Solutions, a leading provider of managed IT solutions for small and medium businesses. In this role, I oversee the security of Xyfon's IT infrastructure, network, and data, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. There, I was responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the IT systems and networks of various clients, as well as providing help desk and technical support. I also participated in several projects, such as migrating and upgrading servers, deploying and configuring firewalls, and implementing backup and recovery solutions. I hold an Associate's Diploma in Network Systems Engineering from CDI College, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Islamic Azad University.
