Our project is The Great Bear Carbon Project, the first carbon project in Canada led by Coastal First Nations. It is validated under BC’s Forest Carbon Offset Protocol. ▪ Communicating construction progress and roadblocks to stakeholders including the branch principal and the subcontractor and made recommendations to facilitate the installation process.▪ Owning the project schedule, and meeting %100 deadlines by proactively identifying and mitigating any supply chain and manpower issues. Resulting in completing 5+ projects per month.▪ Acting as the liaison between the factory, product development, and installation teams to understand product design, and identify construction scope and details. ▪ Assessing the financial status of the project using EVM technique and establishing future budgets. Updated project estimate using 30/60/90 percent drawings ▪ Reviewing RFIs, construction documents, shop drawings and change orders and overseeing document creation to make sure the client’s expectations are met in a timely fashion. ▪ Coordinating material purchasing and distribution milestones based on the schedule to meet the deadlines within the budget.

▪ Demonstrated exceptional leadership by accomplishing over 50 relocation and tower change projects. Grew the breadth of projects into five different regions.▪ Created presentations to detail project scope, progress and results, and kept all entities well-informed of milestones and goals. Improved communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams like IT, tower designers, and civil engineers.▪ Reported daily deliverables and projected risks to the Project Manager. Resulted in more effective ways of identifying and resolving issues.▪ Managed quality assurance program including on-site evaluations, internal audits and customer surveys. Grew customer satisfaction by more than 30%.
