At Picxy, I explored exactly how startups work. I am highly grateful to get offered a full-time PM at the end of the second month.- I increased revenues through higher photo downloads by introducing Team Subscription Model and Share Image feature, smooth checkout process. I am working on Image filters and image categorization for a smoother photo review process and higher NPS for customers.- We launched Value Packs, where I worked majorly on deciding the Pricing structure for higher customer acquisition and fewer barriers to enter the SMBs in India.- I also developed product analytics dashboards for business and photography teams using MetaBase and PostgreSQL to decrease work by 10 hours/week.
