CRM Implementations- Leading a team that specialises in CRM implementation for Sixty One Steps clients with the below-listed varying deliverables based on the requirements.- Plan and deliver CRM strategies across the organisation to retain existing customers, increase brand loyalty, and expand the company's brand value. - Customer database segmentation to appropriately target sales/marketing activities. - Assembling a CRM system that provides an effective sales funnel- Oversee CRM data governance which will include: Data standards Data audit Data structures User access rights Reporting- Collaborate with IT on defining the capabilities and driving the implementation of the required CRM infrastructure.- Strategically plan, execute and assess the performance of individual CRM program strategies within the internal teams.- Update and maintain stakeholder records within the CRM system - Troubleshoot software or user errors that inhibit the efficiency of the interaction between people and technology.Key Account Management & Sales Activities- Build and maintain relationships with all the clients of Sixty One Steps.- Thorough understanding of critical Client needs and requirements. - Expand relationships with existing Clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.- Serve as the link of communication between key Clients and internal teams.- Resolve any issues and problems faced by Clients and deal with complaints to maintain trust- Presenting demos to ClientsDeveloper Relations + Project Management- Work closely with the project manager to track the progress of various projects by helping define project scope, goals and deliverables.- Create a schedule and project timeline to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs- Evaluate and assess the result of the project.
