Duties & Responsibilities; - Monitoring CCTV cameras using DSS PRO to ensure safety of guests, staff, and property. - Conducting routine patrols to deter and detect suspicious activities. - Managing entry points to ensure that only authorized individuals have access to certain areas- Providing First Aid when needed- Greeting and welcoming guests & visitors in a manner that respects their cultural normsand traditions- Responding to fire alarms, incidents, or emergencies- Maintaining detailed records of incidents, daily activities, and security breaches, and reporting these to management. - Managing crowds at peak hours to ensure smooth operations and safety. - Assisting with check-in and check-out process- Communication with maintenance by reporting visible damages that need repair- Monitor and document all deliveries and outgoing items, ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to security protocols

Duties & Responsibilities; - Leveling using dumpy level - Oversight of construction activities- Site safety. Issuing PPE’s to workers and ensuring site safety in line with Kenya’sOccupational Safety and Health Act, 2007. - Tracking and managing inventory of construction materials, tools, and equipment. - Receiving Materials and inspecting deliveries ensuring they meet quality standardsand purchase orders. - Organizing materials in designated areas ensuring they are easily accessible andprotected from damage. - Issuing materials and tools to workers as needed. - Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, material usage, andincoming/outgoing items. - Read and interpret construction drawings- Collecting measurements of work done for preparation of Quantities and work report

Duties & Responsibilities;` - Setting out road center-lines, culverts and line drains using Leica Total Station- Placing levels using Topcon dumpy level - Calculating quantities for excavations, backfill, stockpiles and surface areas- Assist foremen in overseeing concrete and earthworks- Taking measurements for calculation of quantities and preparation of daily workreport

Duties & Responsibilities; - Assisting the Project Surveyor in leveling and conducting Topographical surveys- Responsible for security of survey instruments in the field- Placing benchmarks, pegs, and markings as instructed by the surveyor- Recording measurements for future reference and other Data contingent tasks- Cleaning survey instruments- Assisting the project engineer and surveyor in staking & setting out roads, culverts and line drains- Loading and offloading survey team tools and equipment

Soil & Transport Engineering laboratorySoil Materials tests; Moisture content, Grading (sieve analysis and hydrometer test), Specific gravity, Atterberg limits, Proctor Test, California Bearing Ratio (CBR), Field Dry Density

Duties & Responsibilities; - Assisting the surveyor in conducting topographical surveys and leveling- Placing benchmarks, pegs and markings as instructed by the surveyor or engineer- Collecting measurements of work done for preparation of quantities and workreport- Concrete tests, Preparation of cubes & slump tests - Collection of layer-compactedsoil samples for laboratory testing of Field Dry Density- Loading and offloading site supplies & survey team tools and equipment- Direct traffic- Place safety tape around exposed work areas
