Construction entails a lot of dynamics. Particularly as a Construction Project Manager,there is always a lot to synthesize as far as project success is concerned. In my role as a CPM trainee, It has been an exposure to key construction competencies including but not limited to construction scheduling and timing, quality control, cost optimization and forecasting, safety assurance, architectural design aspects and space optimization, legal procedures and regulatory allignments.
