The Directorship Opportunities Program was a strategic line of business offering AICD members succession planning and talent management services for both the Non-Executive and Executive Director Market.I led the development of the program, overseeing the creation, implementation, and go-to-market strategy for a comprehensive platform, including a careers site, CRM, ATS, and Market Intelligence product, monetizing the program, and establishing a framework for licensing.
