 Main responsibilities:• Undertake projects as directed by the General Manager• Planning and monitoring the project.• Liaison with local authorities & appointed project assurance representatives to assure the overall direction and integrity of the project.• Ensure customers requirement are met satisfactorily within the framework of operational and commercial terms. Attain in depth knowledge of customers trades routes, scheduling, volumes, practices, trends and share the same with management.• Responsible for key contract finalization and billing with vendors.• Work within allocated financial budgets whilst maintaining best in class service levels.• Be a focal point for customer complaints responding within a timely manner when required to do so by Customer service.• Coordinate with relevant documentations for customs clearance.• Supporting in all remaining project related activities.

• In-charge of store and dealer's branding • Implementing promotional activities, events and product exhibitions for target customers in related products.• Managing media channels such as; Offline, Online, PRs. • Coordinating with designing team for marketing materials.• Handling marketing inventories and documentations. • Implementing creative designing concepts.

•Overview all data of daily sale activities•Contact RSMs for daily or weekly reporting •Ensure good relationship with customers and business partners (MFIs)•Analyze data to be able to advice RSMs and project manager•Prepare sale kits and training materials•Conduct sale training •Check up after sale service •Prepare weekly project updates and meeting minutes within the company•Support in all remaining project related activities
