- Mainly in charge of carrying out various AML and CFT due diligence checks, Preparing AML and CFT Reports and other reports required by NBC for submission;- Member of Document Management Committee: Check document format (based on the types of administrative letters), font, size, spelling; Check legalized documents, new and updated forms; Check on the used documents, logo, letterhead, Letter-in or out; Certify or initial sign on all documents before submitting to CEO for final signature.- Member of Customer Complaint Management and Resolution Committee: Receive, manage and resolve customer’s complaint in accordance with the internal policy, procedure and laws; Receive and solve complaint; Submit report to NBC.- Member of Risk and Compliance Committee: Check and prepare plan, strategy, procedure, policy; Approve annual plan, policy; Solve, mitigate risk.- Member of Disciplinary Committee and Whistle Blowing Committee: Monitor, evaluate staff performance; Issue Warning Letters; Punish misconduct staff; Investigate frauds; Receive complaint/problem from staff.- Prepare and update internal processes, procedures, policies, contracts, reports, and laws and regulations- Check on Legalized documents, Administration letters to authority, and ministries.
