As a lead line cook i was responsible for many things in a kitchen. For example, for the preparation time of a dish, for the quality and consistency, the quantity and the plating. As known in the kitchens, there is a lot of pressure, so you should have very good preparation and very good communication with your team so that you get the required result at the right time.
