Organization and control all of business processes in company which has the license in transportation over the territory of Ukraine:• overall management of logistics;• budgeting implementation and control over the company logistics setup;• constant driving towards quality and cost improvement of the existing logistic setup;• negotiation force when dealing with w/h, transportation companies;• problems solving with the clients;• initiator of optimal transportation arrangements (routes, truck load principles, etc.);• responsible for logistic reports (both internal and external)• staff management (transport coordinator, logistic specialist)
