I lead and manage the production and program development of server solutions for major technology companies, including Microsoft.- Project Leadership: Managing end-to-end project life cycles, ensuring alignment with client specifications and quality standards.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with engineering, design, and production teams to drive efficiency and innovation in our server production processes.- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicating effectively with key stakeholders to provide project updates, address challenges, and ensure client satisfaction.- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and implementing proactive strategies to mitigate them, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.- Performance Optimization: Utilizing data-driven insights to streamline operations and enhance project outcomes.
