• Developed and designed the territorial brand of TATAOUI, showcasing the skills of rural women from villages in southern Tunisia, as well as other brands within the group.• Facilitated regular meetings and roundtable discussions with women, gathering design briefs, delivering presentations, and conducting workshops.• Designed packaging for a diverse range of over 100 product varieties, emphasizing women's empowerment by ensuring the packaging was manageable and producible by the women themselves after the funding project concluded.• Provided support and guidance throughout the packaging printing process.• Orchestrated an effective teasing-based advertising campaign leading up to the launch of the inaugural product series.
