I managed search, pricing and core platform services.• Revamped the search experience, moving away from just showing a list of providers to a 360 degree overview of condition management guidelines, healthcare benefits, wellness programs, provider recommendations, and medical history. As a part of this project, I incorporated machine learning and natural language processing into Castlight search• Increased the pricing coverage in searches by 10X via a feature which mixes price data obtained from multiple sources – medical claims, third party APIs and price rate sheets. This project helped reduce product related customer churn by 80% and established Castlight as the industry leader in healthcare transparency.
