Few addional responsibility includes:• Build and maintain Anomaly Detection System leveraging statistical process control, clustering and regression techniques to monitor acquisition & users retention trends• Help marketing analytics team with data mining to derive Customer Lifetime Value(CLV)• Segmentation analysis for users profiling(subscriber behavior) by tenure of app usage, feature usage & Daily/weekly/monthly active users. Prepare dashboards which will help the marketing team in segmentation of users in Heavy, Medium & Low and launch appropriate marketing campaigns• Deep dive analysis on each of the marketing Funnel performance like Impressions, clicks, CTR, Trials, conversions rates to understand video streaming Channel performance

Risk Analytics project in eBay India:Build and maintain Loss Forecasting Tool using time series forecasting techniques like ARIMA, Exponential Smoothening etc. Coordinate with policy and regional teams to understand the impact of policy changes and new initiatives affecting losses, translate and incorporate the inputs to forecast global and regional loss numbers. Using forecasted loss numbers prepare and present loss budget to regional finance teams helping them in Expense Budget allocation and consolidating P&L statement for quarterly earnings report to NASDAQ.Build and maintain an Anomaly Detection Tool using statistical process control, clustering and linear regression techniques to monitor loss KPIs ensuring smooth running of business and in case of disturbances analyze the anomaly, find root cause, alert and work with the stakeholders to fix the issues helping regions to stay within their Expense Budget by minimizing loss leakages. Prepare monthly loss reports by extracting loss data from data warehouse using complex Teradata SQL queries. Share monthly loss reports with Global Accounting and Finance Team and help them in their system reconciliation process. Help visualizing the latest trends in key loss metrics by building and managing interactive Tableau and MS Excel dashboards. Help in analytical deep-dives to identify root causes, support the team with ad hoc reports based on requirements and suggest actionable insights.

RCOE project is been initiated to build standard reports across Tesco FinanceAssist in defining report building scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility of report• Creating and deploying new reports• Developing SQL queries and managing the ownership of Playpen Databases• Ensure that all the reports are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects• Ensure resource availability and allocation• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques• Identifying data source and building reports as per project model• Validating output with the existing reports• Assess risk and escalate to management as needed• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
