Responsible for day to day HR task, Compliance and Policies, Payroll, Employees Benefits, EOBI & SESSI for over 250+ Employees.

H/R & Admin Performs all executive secretarial tasks for the CEO and some managerial staff including transcribing and proofreading confidential correspondence, preparing report and minutes of meetings, scheduling appointments and maintaining confidential files and other material essential for use by the CEO. Responsible for recruitment process includes develop job advertisement, short listing CVs, interviews and select applicants. Prepare letters such as appointment / Offer, promotion or termination letters etc.  Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties and working conditions. Supervise Employee daily attendance. Handle monthly payroll preparation and execution including distribution of salaries. Assist in provision of staff training and development. Establishes and maintains department records and reports.  Responsible for all Accounts payable and Accounts receivables.IMPORTS Correspondence with Principals as well as customers. Responsible for Imports dept. from, pricing from the principals, placing of order, Opening of L.C/Contract, correspondence with freight forwarders & Clearing Agents till arrival of shipment and clearing along completion of all documents and till remittance.

Deal all the customers regarding telecom services,resolve their complains, and see Sales and Operational works along the manger. At the other hand also see the Marketing staff .

Start and Run the shift along the crew staff, watch QSC , and all works regarding restaurant.
