I am a spatial and quantitative ecologist with a passion for understanding and addressing the impacts of climate change on ecosystems. With a Ph.D. in Biological Science and over 8 years of research experience, I specialize in core ecological disciplines, global and urban biogeography, spatial predictive modeling, machine learning, remote sensing, and climate refugia.During my Ph.D., I developed expertise in machine learning, satellite image analysis, and climate modeling to guide climate-ready species selection for urban greening. I collaborated with renowned researchers on sustainable urban greening projects to help develop a plant selection tool for identifying climate-ready species for urban regions in AustraliaMy expertise lies in synthesizing large-scale ecological data, climate vulnerability analysis, and habitat suitability modeling using advanced machine learning algorithms and remote sensing techniques. I am highly proficient in data analysis with R, Python, and Arc GIS suite, and possess a deep understanding of spatial ecology, allowing me to uncover valuable insights into the dynamics of climate change-driven ecosystems.
