Wellbeing and mental health advocate for trauma-informed activism -Former Program Manager at DT-Institute and implementer of projects for Human Rights, Soudeh Rad is a queer feminist, gender equality activist and researcher, based in France. They focus on gender based inequalities in their eco-queer-feminist activism. Soudeh is the Program Editor for Radio Rangin Kaman, the only radio for the Persian speaking LGBTQIA+ community.Soudeh is also president of Spectrum, a France based queer feiminist NGO and was elected an Executive Board member of ILGA-Europe in 2017 for first and in 2019 for second and 2021 for their third two-year term. They served as co-secratary of ILGA-Europe Executive Board between november 2018 and November 2019, when they were appointed as Co-Chair of the Executive Board in 2019 and carried on till December 2022.
