I am a fintech entrepreneur and have developed an intelligent investment app called CashRich (www.cashrich.com) for investments in India. As a wealthtech company, our vision is to provide high quality wealth management services using a simple and convenient mobile app. Prior to CashRich, I managed close to USD 2 billion investments for the Tata Steel Group. Previously, I managed portfolios of ultra-high-net-worth individuals as an Investment Consultant with UBS in Boston.Post my schooling at La Martiniere for Boys, Kolkata, I graduated with a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology (BIT), MESRA, Ranchi. I attended the MS-MBA dual degree program at the Boston University School of Management, USA, which was almost fully funded with three prestigious scholarships. The dual degree comprised an MBA in Finance and an MS in Information Systems. I have passed all the three levels of the CFA exam conducted by the CFA Institute, USA.As an MBA intern at Ardour Capital Investments, I developed financial models for valuation and wrote sell-side equity research reports. I have also worked as a Financial Analyst intern at Boston Financial & Equity Corporation, a venture capital firm at Boston that financed several startups including Twitter.I began my post-MBA career at Bombay House (Tata Group's corporate headquarters in Mumbai, India) as Manager, Investor Relations. I was promoted to the position of Senior Manager, Treasury to take charge of Tata Steel’s cash management, mutual fund investments, retirement fund management (PF, Gratuity and Superannuation fund), foreign exchange trading and working capital management.Expertise:1.
