Experience : Data Centers Prisons, towers, Hospitals , State projects , Hospitals , Workplaces , housing..My scope of work includes :• Pre-design and planning: Producing a critical path framework and creating the project’s schedule and timeline.• Resource allocation: Planning and budget for all resources, from basic building blocks and tools to manpower.• Team leadership: Recruiting the building and management teams and allocates tasks. • Monitoring progress: Ensuring the project progresses through each phase successfully, on time, and on budget. • Budget management: setting the budget for the project and then sticking to it/ or sticking to the client’s budget.

• Examining the design and costs of each projects. ( Architectural design, MEP, environnemental impact, structure..) • Control of the real estate portfolio and the strategic challenges of clients / Identification of needs and formalization of the strategic interest of real estate projects• Analysis and negotiation of the real estate projects (architectural, technical, workplace, sustainability, financial and legal characteristics) / Development of business cases with the financial directors of each department / Preparation of investment files for approval projects• Coordination of internal and external project teams until delivery and post-delivery.
