Technical Support of Hardware/Software Maintain the Server 2003 Install and configured servers, network and monitoring software’s. To implement the N/W infrastructure for new show room Configuring and troubleshooting ADSL Routers, ADSL Modems and Wireless Access Points. Installed LAN, cabling and crimping for systems HUB, SWITCHES and ROUTER. DSL/ Broadband Installation, Modem, Router, Switches. Installation configuration of DHCP & DNS. Network Administration and maintenance. To develop risk assessment & risk mitigation plan. Responsible for the provision of IT infrastructure services including desktop applications, Local and / or Wide area networks, IT security. To plan and lead all activities related to contingency planning, business continuity management and IT disaster recovery in conjunction with relevant departments and third parties. To develop and control the IT security policy. To advocate and build organization wide awareness on information security matters such as routine security activities plus emerging security risks and control technologies. Analyze network traffic patterns, system logs, and audit files for compliance with security policies. Ensuring effective operations, design and management of information systems as per the organizational standards.
