Responsible for People attraction (recruitment from start to onboarding), Talent management( Run the Personal development plan, career aspiration, join talent discussion group to exchange our talent and open position), Learning & development (support group to launch leadership program #lead, implement & create an online learning for employee to have a long life learning journey, prepare trending contents through the year and support regional to upskill content, invite guest speaker to share the idea , track learning point and cost to align with budget). Implement a Diversity, Equity & inclusion in workplace promote and build the employee network pride group for LGBTGQ+, Be an employee social influencer (Employer branding) to Promote all company activities, publish people story to align with company guideline, as well as Employee Experience (work well activities, employee engagement survey, bring result to management team for further action plan and improvement for next year) in Allianz Insurance Laos and align to the Allianz Group’s COE framework.
