I have started as a project and key account manager. Soon after joining the company, I got the responsibility for the whole team of +30 creative and UX designers, project and account managers and executives and developers.Highlights: Successful coordination of the team of 30, developing a learning tool about gender mainstreaming for EIGE, 2nd place in the "Best e-shop" category of the national competition of web project (including defeating the market leader in e-commerce).

I have successfully completed the voluntary military training as one of the fist 12 people in the Czech republic. The main motivation was to get the experience from the different environment, improve my managerial and communications skills, experience working under the different type of stress and pressure and to check my endurance and stamina.

Coordinating the largest competition of high school students and leading a team of 30 core team members and hundreds of volunteers. The main achievements were breaking a goal of 1.000 teams with 5256 players and the successful international expansion of the project to the new country.

Plan, execution and evaluation of marketing campaigns.

Association established by student leaders who were organising activities to protect the independence of Czech universities. Our aim was to share our experience with younger students and promote the activism of students. Meanwhile, we participated in public life and took part in the impeachment of ex-president Vaclav Klaus.
