I am a consultant commercial director for the retail industry, delivering strategic advice for business growth. I also run The London Studio, an art studio which licenses and sells artwork for commercial use. As an award winning designer myself, I now head up a talented in-house design team and proudly represent and mentor independent artists.In my consultancy role, I identify and develop business opportunities to help retailers grow. This involves helping retailers develop products in line with the latest trends; analytical reviews of current product offering; developing strategies for customer acquisition and retention; leading effective strategies for brand and product growth; and helping develop highly successful marketing & PR strategies based around product strategy and innovation. As a designer, I have developed own-brand ranges for leaders in the industry, designed for a number of celebrities and have developed my own independent and multi award winning brands that sell globally through licensing.My work has a proven track record of over 18 years of commercial success in some of the world’s leading retailers, including Harrods, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, Fenwick, John Lewis, Urban Outfitters, Marks & Spencer, JOY, Sainsbury's, ASDA, Waitrose, Tesco and more.
