• Oversee and coordinate all job development activities, including unsubsidized, subsidized, Paid Work Experience and Community Service.• Oversee customized job development and job matching efforts utilizing assessment results.• Oversee the invoicing and billing functions for all job related activities.• Ensure that performance standards, contract goals and services including Work Participation, Job Placement, Retention and Medical Benefits goals are met and/or exceeded.• Ensure diligent tracking and documentation of employment information from all staff.• Coordinate services regarding clients’ job placement goals and appropriate job search activities.• Ensure clients are engaged in meaningful job club and placement activities.• Oversee and facilitate relationship building with areas employers.• Collaborate with organizations providing job placement services.• Ensure that performance standards are met and/or exceeded.• Maintain working knowledge of industry and employment trends.• Oversee the marketing of EARN, MPP, TCY, CNA, TWP, 55+ and E3 program services and participants to employers.• Explain any applicable tax credits and other benefits to staff and employers.• Oversee the continuous development and maintenance of positive, productive relationships with employers.• Ensure staff meet and develop relationships with participants including clients with Limited English Proficiency and/or whose primary language is not English.• Prepare and maintain database of leads, employers, jobs, and placements.• Other job related duties as required.
