Experienced in Implementation Maturity Assessment, Solution Design, Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Build, Testing, Deployment and Production Support.- Responsible for competence development of ITSM practice of Global Delivery Center which includes interviews, capability development plans, training, competence evaluation, providing on the job training.
