Passionate professional in biology with solid academic and practical experience. With a Ph.D. in Biology, I have taught Parasitology, Animal Biology, and Biotechnology at various levels, including at the École Supérieure des Sciences et Techniques de Santé de Tunis and the Faculty of Sciences in Jizan, Saudi Arabia.Between 2011 and 2016, I took a career break to focus on raising my children and supporting their education. This period allowed me to develop strong organizational and multitasking skills while managing a dynamic household. It also provided me with valuable insights into educational needs and personal growth.Between 2016 and 2018, I dedicated two years to enhancing my communication and management skills while working as a Sales Manager at Poly Technique et Services. This role, combined with various certifications, allowed me to build a strong expertise in client prospecting, retention, and administrative management.In 2019, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on the job market, I leveraged my experience and certifications to start my own brand specializing in chocolates and traditional pastries, a field in which I developed considerable expertise. After the pandemic, I took an extended break to focus on my passion for nature, including plant cultivation and animal breeding. This period was highly fulfilling and earned me the compliment "you have green fingers" from those around me. Today, I am re-entering the field with renewed energy and a wealth of experience gained from these personal and professional projects.
