•Leveraging workflow analysis and end-user discussion; coordinating with Risk & Finance Teams •Strategizing, planning performance requirement sizing based on complexity & impact assessment as well as deciding the sprint backlog and scope•Evaluating & analyzing Risk and Finance data of Investment banking (IB) & Private banking (PB) stakeholders for assets measured at amortized cost•Handling periodical and ad hoc Expected Credit Loss (ECL) calculations for the department according to the approved IFRS 9 and USGAAP methodologies, policies, and procedures•Regulating & delivering reports of IFRS 9 and USGAAP related reports needed for financial disclosures and regulatory and management reporting and ensuring that IFRS 9 and USGAAP standards are cascaded and met•Performing various activities such as Write FRDs, user stories, process flow diagrams, wireframes, assessing change requests, designing the Requirement Traceability Matrix, requirements relationships, ensuring alignment of requirements with solution design and act as liaison between Users and Technical Team•Stakeholder management- Leading & participating in daily scrum meetings, providing support from other teams and act as a liaison between the Business and Technical Teams

The objective of the project is to prepare a Business Plan model along with the financial forecasting and Valuation and then worked for Business Development for Bornbrio on various domains including Sales and Marketing, Branding and Promotion, Digital Marketing, Event Management and PR:-1. Sales and Marketing of the Portal bornbrio and its services to potential partners and consumers2. Ideate and execute Media Promotions and Digital Marketing for Bornbrio3. Event Management and conducting of promotional events as well as Public Relations as a part of Business Development for Bornbrio4. Branding and Brand Enhancement of Bornbrio by going for Guest Lectures in tier – 3 b-schools Providing Financial advisory and implementing data analytics to make the best investment decision for the startups.5. Development of a financial model for financial forecasting and valuation for a startup

1. Worked as a Perl Functional Consultant for a US online digital Library for enhancement of clients satisfaction on their requirement and the impact in finance for the client.2. Worked in the field of content management to development of new filters for the given raw data as well as process improvement for the filters already submitted3. Worked on data analytics for end to end data handling to filtering and analysis of the data4. Coordinate with other teams of the project such as testing, DBMS for implementation of the filters.5. Responsible for performance management and training management of a 8 members cross regional team in the post of associate team lead.
