● Closely working with Project team for developing and designing the training curriculum including suggestions for updates and improvements in align with project goal● Collaboration of working relation with all inter department for conducting training module development, schedule● Responsible for checking alignment of curriculum and training and also involve in planning, implementing and monitoring the training activities of the project● Responsible for conducting cultural orientation class in accordance with USAID Bijoyee Activity and BYLC guidelines and the curriculum developed by USAID and is able to provide training for a variety of wide range of participant groups including staff, beneficiaries, partners, stakeholder, and others● Developing trainers skills for class room for different partners Hub● Fostering a learner-centered environment in the training room through youth and community people which build an understanding of the skills, and knowledge for a successful project deliverables● Managing trainers of different Hub and help them to improve capacity as trainer● Responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of CO curriculum and materials● Ensuring quality training for all beneficiaries of the project● Conducting training sessions in other working locations of USAID Bijoyee Activity Project, including remote sessions● Reporting, documentation and communication with BYLC Skills Development and Training Team● Ensuring that all attendance records are maintained accurately by the Trainer● Maintaining functional relationships to Youth Skills Specialist, BYLC Skills Development and Training Team and other partner organizations and with local stakeholders and beneficiaries and other relevant stakeholders for smooth operation of the project● Ensuring a strong network with other NGOs, government agencies, private sectors and relevant stakeholders to advocate for promotional event and engagement with private sector agencies.

-Completed an intensive 45 days training program coveringPedagogy, SEL, Planning, Classroom Basics, Data-Driven decision-making,-Taught 31 students at an underserved school, ensuring 100%attendance, achieved 95% mastery in Bengali literacy, 70% masteryin English literacy and 85% mastery in Mathematical skills-Planned and executed 14 Unit plans, designed regular 3 lessonplans including SEL, play based activities and blended learningstrategies for every school day for ensuring quality education andactive student participation-Arranged 12 teacher parents meeting towards creating supportsystem for their children’s education and future-Executed weekly assessment, unit assessment and tracked data toprovide individual support, through data driven decision-making-Organized and conducted “MenstrualHygiene” relatedworkshop,“Anti-Early Marriage and Child Labor” relatedworkshop,“Digital Citizenship and Digital Safety” related workshop,“Protection to Environment” related workshops and activities atschool to increase the awareness amongst the students and parentsregarding the issues-Started debating club at the school with the students and assisted them to participate in several school based debate tournaments-Implemented two capstone projects successfully which benefited around 2000 people indirectly and 500 students directly, named "Combat Against Mosquitoes" and "Dream Boat"-Initiated science fair, cultural events, art competition, debate competition, Chess competition at school-Mentored 5 dynamic fellows, ensuring successful onboarding and integration into the fellowship program.
