As a passionate development enthusiast, I am driven by a commitment to cherish holistic growth in underprivileged communities, focusing on tackling educational and economic inequities in Bangladesh. With a growth mindset and a deep desire to engage fully in the development sector, I have consistently worked towards bringing meaningful change to marginalized groups. My journey in development began as a Fellow at Teach For Bangladesh, where I played a key role in addressing educational disparities by teaching students in underserved schools. Through an intensive training program focused on pedagogy, Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), classroom management, and data-driven decision-making, integrating SEL, play-based activities, and blended learning strategies. Beyond classroom teaching, I led workshops on critical topics like menstrual hygiene, anti-early marriage, child labor, digital citizenship, digital safety, and environmental protection, engaging both students and parents in these pressing issues. Thus, I sought to empower not only my students but also their broader communities. Additionally, I developed and executed various extracurricular activities, including debating, art competitions, science fairs, cultural events, and essay writing contests, to nurture students' creativity, leadership, and critical thinking skills.Currently, I serve as a Master Trainer at the USAID Bijoyee Project with the Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC), where my responsibilities have expanded to a national scale. I assist in developing and maintaining curricula for the project, facilitating both in-person and remote training sessions that empower youth and foster leadership development. In this role, I oversee and manage trainers across multiple hubs, providing ongoing feedback, observation, and capacity-building support to ensure high-quality training delivery. I am also responsible for ensuring accurate documentation, reporting, and effective communication with the BYLC Skills Development and Training Team, ensuring that all logistical aspects of the project run smoothly.My dedication to the development sector stems from a belief in the power of education and leadership to transform communities. Whether through hands-on classroom teaching or managing large-scale training programs, I remain focused on the larger goal of achieving equity for the underserved. As I continue my career in this sector, I remain committed to leveraging my skills and experience to make a lasting impact on the lives of marginalized people across Bangladesh.
