Experience in Substation Automation, Installation & Commissioning of SCADA System. Currently associated with “M/s Dongfang Electronics Pvt Ltd. as a Project Manager for the ongoing Project of R-APDRP under CESU, Odisha.

Involved in RTU Erection & Commissioning work of ongoing Project ” Replacement/Up-gradation of existing SCADA/EMS System at ERLDC & SLDCs for Eastern Region under PGCIL” include 101 RTUs.Involved in all execution of project as follows: Prepare BOQ of site After Site survey, Prepare Layout of site in AUTO-CAD. I&C of RTUs for BSPTCL 220/132/33 kV Grids . Configure Database for RTU on interfacing software . Lead a team of 3-4 Vendors , 5 members for executing project and the report to higher authorities and concerned reporting manager as per priorities of situation. Deal with client regarding the project execution ,their requirement , problem solving on requirement. Then communicates RTU with SCADA through PLCC, GPRS, OPTICAL FIBRE Communication. Co-ordinate and Supervise the Associate teams for execution of Erection and interfacing of RTUs at different sites. Commission the RTU and configure RTU for data acquisition . Installation of LDMS(Local Display Management System) for Local monitoring. Communication RTU with Local LDMS using IEC-104 Protocol Communicating RTU with SLDC SCADA System using IEC-101 Protocol. Execute SAT for RTUs with clients. Involved in Installation of Control room set up including ACDB, DCDB, VPS, SCADA System and co-ordinate associate company for execution of work ,after then accomplish SAT of all Systems.

Automation Engineering includes:• SCADA Development,• Erection, Commissioning & Maintenance of RTU and SCADA system. • System integration on protocols like IEC 60870-5-101, SPORT & MODBUS.Project Management work which includes:• Accountable for preparation and execution of FAT & SAT as per customer requirements and per organizational standards• Preparing periodic dashboard reports on the current program, future opportunities & client issues• Implementing the detailed project reports and project execution plans after thorough discussion with clients, selection of sites, project evaluation in terms of outlays and profits attached• A keen communicator with honed interpersonal, problem solving and analytical abilities
