CurrentJourney: Part of the Pilot Process for Process migration from DB to Smartstream, started in Reconciliation team & now handling a team of 9 people in Control & Admin team. In my current role as a Manager, I successfully lead the management of a critical Deutsche Bank account, overseeing a team of 9 individuals, including the Control Admin Team, which plays a crucial control function for the bank. Specifically, I am responsible for managing and supervising my Team in terms of feed management, delivery of feeds to reconciliation Teams, opening/amending/closing of Nostro and Depot accounts in the TLM platform across the Europe region.Besides I track any unknown Cash or securities which is received in Bank to determine basis investigation performed by Team whether to set up in TLM or these feeds need to be deleted.To ensure operational efficiency, I ensure that the team meets daily Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and provides regular updates to stakeholders, clients, and senior management through daily, weekly, and monthly calls. In addition, I proactively track and manage all projects to ensure timely delivery, while promptly addressing all emails and ad-hoc queries within the specified SLAs.To ensure the team's success, I regularly review performance metrics through weekly Team meetings & monthly one-on-one meetings and facilitate the year-end performance review process for individual team members. Additionally, I manage the team's leave management to ensure adequate coverage and uninterrupted service delivery.My strong communication skills play a vital role in bridging the gap between the client and senior management in the STL. By keeping all parties informed, I ensure that the account is managed effectively and efficiently, resulting in high levels of client satisfaction and a positive reputation for the bank.
