• Credit Approver and Underwriter in the Wholesale Credit Risk (Project Finance) for long term assets across various industry segments including roads and highways, airport, renewable energy, power, gas, pharmaceuticals, etc.• Review credit proposal (CAMs/Interim CAMs) submitted by business on assigned set of accounts and assess the risk involved comprehensively.• Active engagement with various internal team viz. business, legal, compliance, monitoring teams and external stakeholders (viz. technical consultants, LIE, rating agencies, sector experts, etc.) for identifying risks and develop strategy for risk mitigation.• Complete Ownership of assigned portfolio including regular monitoring, EWS identifications, deferral tracking and working on appropriate account strategy.

• Loan Sanction and supervising large Corporate credit portfolio size of over Rs. 3000 Crore in total with the bank; managing eminent corporate groups of Mumbai and Kolkata namely JSW Group, TATA group, JM Financial Group, Indiabulls Group, Bharat Petroleum group, Stcokholding Group, RPSG group, Shyam Steel group, West Bengal Power group, Emami group, FCI and more.• Gathering information about companies from the public domain and appraising Project / Non-Project loan proposals pertaining to various industrial segments i.e. Paper, Pipes, Edible Oil, EPC, NBFCs, and more.• Experience in identifying & mitigating risks, providing advisory & insights on risk management, conducting risk & control assessments, and identifying impediments in the achievement of risk objectives of the organization.• Ensuring timely compliance of sanction terms, documentation, ensure stamping and safe keeping of loan documents, security creation and Disbursement of loan, filing of charge with ROC.
