Main Equipment – 2Nos 7.5MVA Power Transformer, 33KV & 11KV 40KA/1s HT SwitchBoard, NGR, Battery & Charger, Illumination system, Earthing system.o Responsibility: Bid preparation, achieving order, Overall Project management, Engineering liasoning, procurement, execution & commissioning of the complete order. o Achievement: Order booking sales margin was 14%, which has been improved to 33%. Completion of the Project within prescribed time schedule & ‘Appreciation Letter’ from client. B. BSL/EHV Pkg-068: As Lead Project Manager of 175Cr INR Project (Duration – 36Months)o Brief Scope: Engg, Procurement, Delivery, Site Installation Supervision & Commissioning of (1) 220/132KV – 33Bay Main Receiving Station (with 4nos 160MVA Auto Transformer), (2) 132/11KV - 2Bay Main Sub Distribution Station at New CRM Station (with 2nos 80MVA Transformer), (3) 132/11KV - 2Bay Main Sub Distribution Station at Sinter Plant Station (with 2nos 40MVA Transformer), (4) 132/11KV - 13Bay Main Sub Distribution Station at SMS-III Station (with 3nos 80MVA & 3Nos 63MVA Transformer). (5) 132KV Transmission Line,o As Project Manager: Overall Project Management & Project Monitoring. Claim Management & Risk Management.
