1) Project management – Project planning, WBS creation, cost and timeline scheduling of projects, back charge calculation, work allocation and guiding the project team members for timely delivery of reports2) Contributing to project coordination – Helping manage long term client engagements/projects, following internal best practices and project management methodologies, adhering to highest standards of quality for all internal and external stakeholders 3) Research and analysis of healthcare data – Quantitative and qualitative analysis of healthcare related social media data around various therapeutic areas, drug life-cycle stages and pharmaceutical brands, thereby providing actionable recommendations to serve as inputs for decision making 4) Translating business questions into exploratory and specific healthcare related market research activity (as per client objectives) and providing actionable insights5) Competitive Intelligence – Pharma sponsored marketing initiatives and its competitiveness and effectiveness along with SWOT analysis, identifying unmet needs and gap opportunities in targeted disease population 6) Contributing to building of capabilities– Assist in research and conceptualization of new analysis frameworks, innovate and market ideas contributing to enhancement of current social media analysis capabilities 7) SOPs, Quality guidelines and training document - Developing materials and providing training to team members8) Pre-sales work – Proposal and teasers for future clients
