I used to be a computer nerd. You know, the ones who skipped college parties to build software and sometimes published papers in cryptography. 😅But I always had a nascent creative side, which used to come out mainly in my personal social media posts. People used to love and hate them at the same time. 🤣 They loved it for the creativity but sometimes hated it for the length of the posts, you know, like this one! So, after 2.5 years with an MNC, working on software and other stuff, I decided to switch to the other side—the business side. While I joined my MBA to someday be an HR(yup, true story!), I found the coolest thing that fuelled my creative side even more—marketing. 😍Soon after, I became a marketing consultant for MNCs, winning them awards(the Stevie® Award🏆—one of the top American business awards, to be precise) and high-ticket clients, handling cross-functional teams and millions in ad budgets! But those were the old days. Currently, I co-own a marketing agency based in Tallinn, Estonia, with my lovely wife. Not to brag, but it's a unique one - we are Europe’s first subscription-based marketing agency. Why subscription-based? I would say, why not? 😎We just didn’t like the concept of how traditional agencies worked. You know, those complex contracts, one-off projects that lack sustainability, or inflating bills as you require new services to scale!😕It’s old and backdated, and well, it’s not efficient. And believe me, we tried that marketing consultancy approach too. Yeah, pivoted back and forth for quite a while but when I saw our well laid out plans go down the drain📉 due to executional issues at our client’s side which we had no control over, we decided to go back to our subscription model. So here we are, helping our clients 2-3x their growth📈 in the most sustainable way without having to worry about anything at their end.
