Die- casting alloys with a combined annual capacity of over 3000 MT.Responsibilities included:• Reporting to VP & Sr. Manager operation Aluminium division.• Planning to achieve the production target.• Monitoring and controlling daily consumables.• Looking process control activity and reduce the in process rejection by analyzing case fault.• Managing manpower and material for better utilization.• Analysis of raw material and QC report for corresponding melt loss.• Rejection analysis , time study of the process & process control to be carried out.• Making working progress report on daily basis.• Interaction with other department for smooth production.

The company is having a Caster and Aluminium Rolling Mills and a host of slitting and separating machines with an annual capacity of 4000-6000 MT of foil of thickness 0.007 mm to 0.040 mm and above. Responsibilities- • Planning day-to-day production related activities, production schedules & allocating work for achieving monthly production targets• Developing operations procedures to increase efficiency and interfacing with cross-functional departments for ascertaining procurement plans of raw materials • Taking stringent quality measures including preparation/maintenance of necessary documents to ensure compliance with standards & customer requirements• Streamlining systems & procedures for effective inventory control and ready availability of material.
