Accountabilities:Handling Recruitments for Middle & Senior Management (Manufacturing, Engineering, Real Estate, Consumer Durables Industry)Understanding the Mandates of clients screening the Resumes according to job specification and requirement from client.Sourcing and short -listing the resumes through various job portals, Mapping and Head Hunting.Handling Senior and Middle level positions.Validating the profiles of the candidates and justify according to the requirement.Conducting preliminary interview to the candidate over phone before sending the respective candidates profiles to the client.Interact with the candidate according to the Positions Match, Negotiate Salaries, Notice Period and Collect Professional References.Formatting the profile of the candidate in a professional way before submitting to the client. Scheduling interviews and continues follow up with the candidates and makes them to be in time for the interview. Obtain Client feedback on service delivered.Clients' interaction, coordination and daily follow up with the clients.Confirming the receivable of the Offer Letter to the candidates.Coordinating with the management about the target achieved.Preparing and Updating MIS Reports on Daily, weekly and Monthly basis.
