- I am presently indentured in TATA Motors as a Senior Manager (Operations). I am responsible for the maintenance profile of the Weld Shop at TATA Motors Lucknow production facility. I am associated with the organisation for the last 5+ years. - I am an undergraduate in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Silchar.I had a overall CGPI of 9.06 and was adjudged 4th position in the entire branch. - Right after my college, I began my professional career as a GET in TATA Motors on Aug, 2016 and over the span of the last few years have greatly formulated myself as a useful resource to the company. I have learnt and grown a lot during this period. - Technical Skills: a. PLC Programming - Allen Bradley processors ( ControlLogix, GuardPLC, ComapctLogix, MicroLogix) ; Mitsubishi (MELSEC F series ) b. PLC hardware connections, configuration and network configurarions. c. Robotics - KUKA KRC4 robots teaching, mastering, interfacing with PLC. d. Welding Equiptments - working and maintenance knowhow of different welding equipments -- Spot weld, Seam Weld, Projection weld, MIG weld, Arc welding. e. Electrical panel connections and designing. f. Sensors - working and maintenance knowhow of Light curtains, Area Scanners, Pull cord sensor, optical sensors, proximity sensors, Limit switch, etc. g.
