• As Chief Functionary of the GC, governed the review of the strategic direction of the charity along with the Opex Team, clarifying mission, revising organisation structure & developing clear plans for delivery.• Along with Treasurer of the GC, monitored reporting processes on fiscal compliances & internal audit recommendations.• Spearheaded the formation of a domestic Fundraising & PR team to channelize CSR funding from local private and public sector corporates and banks, obtained accreditation for internet-based crowd-funding platform and finalised a communication strategy.• As Chair of the Consultative Board, oversaw the HR team in developing Employee Code of Conduct and welfare policies aligning with statutory requirements.

• In a country, with strict foreign capital restrictions, developed structured engagement with Government departments on licensing, forex capital investments and remittances.

• As Financial team member, completed a family settlement influencing warring factions. The task involved collaboration with bankers, lawyers, tax consultants and PE investors.

• Member of the UK Leadership Team for a business transformational project achieving a lean and fit organization through portfolio rationalization, process outsourcing & redundancy management.• As the UK Country Lead, championed the development of innovative business partnering skills of the finance team working with operational team leaders across all functions & businesses.• Facilitated the implementation of the Sarbanes Oxley legislation to influence identification of business risks & development of a more efficient and streamlined processes to mitigate them.• Acted as Secretary of a Steering Committee to implement an ERP system across Arabia in close co-ordination with two other country clusters (Turkey & Israel). My role was to develop the vision for change, enrol stakeholders and get the respective businesses to implement a significant simplification and change programme.• Evaluated as Finance Team member proposals for disposal of non-core businesses in UK & Arabia working along with the Global M&A & Legal teams.
