I am born and brought up in West Bengal, India, completed my primary and secondary education there and moved on for higher studies to Bangalore, Karnataka. I have completed my Bachelor in Computer Applications (BCA) from Garden City University and later pursued MBA in Healthcare IT from IIHMR Bangalore.I am passionate about technology and very keen on gadgets. I am currently working at HxCentral as a Lead Technical Consultant with an experience of 4 + years. HxCentral has its own product called SapphireIMS which is a ticketing platform aligned to ITIL standards where we cater to the Healthcare industry and provide solutions for Patient Safety and Patient Experience.My roles and responsibilities include :• Customizing SapphireIMS based on customer requirements which includes creating workflows, users, roles, SLAs, email and sms notifications. • Interacting with customers on technical requirements. • Creating POCs for demo• Working on ITSM tool for projects like Incident Management, Patient Feedback Management, Complaint Management and Risk Management. • Creating reports and custom dashboards in SapphireIMS• Automating workflows using Robotic Process Automation (RPA). • Integrating with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) using Rest APIs• Designing and automating various kinds of forms in form.io framework and do manual testing• Support and enhancement post implementation
