Aikarthya is a Non-Governmental Organization that worked for children's education aged 3 - 6 years in low-income private schools focusing on teachers' overall development. Through curriculum development, pedagogy, classroom management, health, and sanitation, the organization worked towards comprehensive child development.Highlights -> Planned and coordinated all the activities of the NGO which included administration, operations and logistics.>Worked with more than 1000 students.> Interviewed around 100 teachers as part of the recruitment process.> Facilitated training for more than 10 school teachers on curriculum design, detailed lesson plans, teaching methodologies, and classroom management. > Worked closely with the schools' administration for the improvement of the teachers and children in education.> Weekly visits to the schools and debriefing teachers about their performance and one-on-one sessions for improvement.> Fundraising through various events.
