Team management:  Lead and guide the team of three members towards achieving the assigned KRA’s such as cost per hire, source mix, time to hire, decline ratio and referral ratio.  Monitor the pipeline creation and movement and ensure the expected delivery is met.  Provide timely feedback and mange performance appraisals. Reports and data management:  Send weekly report to all the customer to different business unit leaders about hiring activity.  Prepare and maintain the hiring related metrics for the team such as time to offer, time to hire, referral ratio, decline ratio and source mix.  Hands on experience using MS Excel in data preparation and representation.
