Haptik's AI Sales Assistants have helped improve visit-to-purchase conversion rates by upto 20% and increase average cart value by upto 35%.I owned the roadmap for this product, and successfully drove initiatives to reduce my product's time-to-market, increase the accuracy with which our AI agents detect complex user intents & domain-specific entities in multiple languages for diverse product categories, developed Q&A capabilities that work with digital content repositories, and improved dialogue handling to achieve human-like conversations with end consumers.

As a member of Spotlight's Founding Team, I grew Spotlight's customer base from 0 to 40+ enterprises with a $0 marketing budget through strategic outbound sales and referral partnerships with leading accounting & consulting firms to successfully bootstrap our AI-powered cross-border payments product.I also helped design our MVP product's UI/UX, led market research involving 50+ CXO interviews in SMEs across APAC, North America and Europe to drive a business pivot, and subsequently strategised our product roadmap, GTM, & tech integrations to build a full-stack multi-currency receivables platform with a POC pipeline of 17+ customers globally.

I led initiatives to introduce AI/ML (collaborative filtering) for ad personalisation on Paytm's e-commerce app and website pages. This enabled sharper user segmentation, better campaign personalisation, and drove up Paytm's Visits-to-Purchase conversation rate, Average Cart Value, and Average Revenue per User. I also partnered with category leaders and data analysts across 14 e-commerce product verticals to instrument KPI dashboards, create user cohorts, curate & track targeted online marketing campaigns, and assist in demand forecasting by category to help achieve AOP targets.

I worked closely with NSE's General Counsel, CTO, CISO, and Board members to handle regulatory audits into NSE's trading systems, cybersecurity infrastructure, and risk-management practices to ensure compliance, identify process improvements, and ensure fairness in transactions executed on NSE's trading platform. I also represented NSE in comments to SEBI white-papers / draft circulars to guide technology-led regulation of high-frequency trading , trade annulment, and clearing & settlement practices. To help grow business, I worked with the US CFTC on an exception (now granted) to let NSE brokers sell financial instruments to investors in the US. I was also nominated to lead the due diligence for NSE's offer document for its proposed IPO.
