Marunouchi branch-office Hibiya,Tokyo (April-September 2007)Made an analytical study of the marketing and sales strategies drawn at the Marunouchi branch office and gave comparison with other companies with proposals to improve them. Sales and customer service training at Ootemachi DoCoMo Shop (June-September 2007)Contributed to the shop by creating an English Guideline on how to deal with foreign customers helping the shop in decreasing unnecessary waiting time. 2.
