I started out my HR career as a business partner, providing support and guidance to the managements and employees on various HR aspects, before specializing into my areas of passion in strategic workforce planning, rewards policies and performance management, with an aim to make a positive impact at the organizational level.Being a HR practitioner, I am passionate to drive organisational success through suitable HR interventions. I gathered feedback from the ground and worked closely with the senior management and various stakeholders to review and improve existing practices to ensure relevancy of the HR policies and practices, and to align with the organisation’s evolving needs. I also leverage on HR data and analytics to facilitate decision-making by senior management. I graduated with a Bachelor in Art and Social Science, majoring in Economics and Mathematics and took on a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management to build up basic knowledge in Human Resource. As a curious learner, I picked up more knowledge on best HR practices through my past endeavors in the various HR portfolios. My key expertise include: - Workforce Planning; - Performance Management; - Analytics and Insights; - Data-driven Strategies; - Change Management; and - Project Management. My successful key achievements include:- Embarked on first Strategic Workforce Planning for GovTech;- Designed and rolled-out in-house HR Analytic Dashboards for IDA;- Enhanced Performance and Promotion Policies and Processes in IDA;- Revamped Overseas Compensation Framework and Package for IDA overseas offices;- Secured People Development Standard (PDS) for SP PowerGrid; and- Integrated Business Units between SingTel and Australia during SingTel-Optus Merger and Acquisition.
