Job responsibilities:Documentation: • Responsible for Pre / Post shipment documents for customs / bank.• Negotiation / submission of export document under Letter of credit / DA/ DP etc.• Preparing High Sea Sale agreement and Merchant Trade documentation.• Preparing Sales Contracts/ Purchase orders.• Preparing documents for Inward / Outward remittance and ensuring timely execution.• Compliance of Foreign exchange regulation.Export Operation:• Responsible for Coordinating with factory for manufacture of goods as per PO and ensuring timely delivery for export.• Booking of container and managing loading, transportation and insurance till gate in.• Responsible for third party quality inspection and its clearance.• Responsible to Coordinate with CHA/ Customs / Shipping Agents etc for smooth clearance.• Coordination with shipping line for BL release, BL switching, payment of freight charges and all operations.• Responsible to purchase products from outside vendors, which are not manufactured in factory.• Responsible for issuance and closure of Advance License, EPCG License, MEIS incentive License.• Handled Excise Duty Refund, issuance of V-Bond, LUT, CT-1 and its closures.• Preparing SAD refund documents and coordinating for timely SAD refund.• Maintaining MIS for Management.Co-ordination:• Monitoring and Corresponding with foreign clients to get payments against shipment.• Maintaining direct relationship with bank pertaining to all export / import procedure / requirements like issuance of BRC for exports and submission of bill of entry.• Day to day Coordination with bankers and clients.

Task Assigned:• Handling Pre-shipment and Post shipment documents / Import documentation.• High Sea Sale agreement and Cross Country Trade documentation.• Handling the complete operations part, (i.e.) co-ordination with shipping line for BL release, Giving Switch BL instructions and getting the BL switched. Payment of Freight charges to Shipping Line, Filling of Manifest amendment and all other operations with shipping line.• Trade compliance - Scrutinizing LC, Preparation of LC documents, Submission of LC documents to bank and follow up with customer for payment. • Floating offers to customers. Getting confirmation on offers, Preparing Sales Contracts / Purchase Contracts• Arranging for Self-clearance of import material and storing at godown and dispatching the goods to Indian customers passing on CVD to customers.• Preparing SAD documents and following up with the agent for timely collection of SAD refund cheques• Appointing Inspection agency at discharge port and following up with surveyors for the DP results.• Follow up with the customer for getting the triplicate Bill of Entry and submit the same to bankers as per RBI guidelines.• Co-ordination with customers for getting the timely payments.• Co-ordination with CHA, Shipping line and retrieving and replying to emails of customers.• Preparing documents for Inward / Outward remittance also following up with bank for payment done on time.• Preparing & submission bank documents for lodgement and following up with the bank for lodgement done.• Maintaining and Updating MIS.
