I was earlier an experienced OPERATION SPECIALIST working in Aavas Housing Financiers Ltd. My responsibilities were - File Disbursement, File NDC, Cheque Handover, MIS Handling, Auditing and follow up from all branches regarding operational work. And currently I am working as Branch Operation Manager in SRG Housing Finance Ltd. And here my responsibility are - handling to operation & credit department, movement's of branch SUD files to State office & disbursement from other branches of MP, Taking the Daily Basis Data & updated in MIS of all the branches of MP.checking all the legally documents, Property papers & all the reports ( Legal, Technical, Credit & RCU)Taking follow up from customer, RM's & Vendor, Check the CAM report & income calculation - generating cibil report and checking it, taking all types of approvals for file movement, do the DOCU CHECK of all files Checking the file systematically.
